In this diagram an OPCAB operation is shown where an octopus device has been fixed to expose and stabilize the obtuse marginal artery of the heart. The device can be used for any coronary artery i.e. right, posterior descending, intermediate, obture marginal and left anterior descending artery. Heart Lung Machine is not used in OPCAB.
