Diagram shows technique of aortic root and valve replacement along with conronary reimplantation. We have perfected this procedure for ascending aortic aneurysm with aortic valve incompetence. Results are excellent. Dacron tube is used to replace the aorta and a metal valve is used to replace the aortic valve.
